His experience spans enterprise technology, commercial leadership, market development, and executive recruitment—providing a distinctive perspective on how leadership capability drives enterprise performance.

Before joining Annam Talent Partners, Tri held leadership roles across growth-stage technology ventures and executive recruitment businesses, building teams, advising organizations on talent strategy, and helping enterprises attract high-calibre leadership in competitive markets.

Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Tri represents a globally minded generation of leadership advisors—combining international perspective with deep understanding of Vietnam's evolving business landscape.

Under his leadership, Annam Talent Partners is building a modern executive search platform defined by rigor, intelligence, and trusted counsel.
